Patricia has more than 25 years' successful sales and account management experience, selling high value products and services to major national and international retailers.
That enables us to share "professional" selling and relationship management techniques developed in more sales-focused sectors with the legal sector.
As a sales professional, Pat fulfils a dual role at Inpractice UK:
- Helping us to manage our own relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams (dormant, current and businesses that we want to work with in the future) to identify needs; constantly providing insight into what our clients perceive will add value, so that we can adapt and sell our services effectively; and,
As part our dedicated CRM team, Pat works hands-on with lawyers to open up new opportunities with new business client prospects in defined sectors, existing clients and introducers.
- Helping our legal clients to "Sell", but doing it professionally; supporting lawyers hands-on to establish new contacts, manage and develop relationships with their current commercial clients and prospects; focused on generating significant new business through effective Key Account Management ("KAM").
