Nathan is a qualified CRM engineer and has practical experience of managing a sales pipeline, so he understands first-hand the challenges that users face in applying the discipline of gathering information. He is regarded as a trusted advisor who helps legal clients to envision, specify and then elicit significant and actionable business development objectives for their firms, discovering priorities, defining success and pursuing results.
He is the lead consultant on Microsoft CRM with our technical implementation partners, Crimson; an IT Solutions company offering Professional Services (IT Consultancy), Managed Services (Software Support and Development) and IT Recruitment Services (Permanent/Contract/Managed) and have been a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2008 and are members of the REC and ARC.
