GDPR Resources for law firms and solicitors

GDPR Resources for law firms
Deadline: 25 May 2018

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) allowed a two-year transition period before enforcement begins on 25th May 2018.  All organisations involved in the processing of personal data - including solicitors and law firms - need to review their strategy, policies and procedures for compliance.  Consumers will also become aware of a new set of rights which they have been granted by GDPR.

Implementing GDPR compliance requires commitment to a concerted programme that involves people from all areas of your practice and will be a challenge; particularly with the tight timescales involved now.

These resources will  help you to develop and implement your own approach, but our consultancy advice and outsourced services can also help you establish the right team with clear objectives and a plan that enables you to engage people, take the right steps and keep the momentum going.

Sharing what you find here that is relevant and useful for you and your practice will improve your chances of producing the best practice and results from your efforts, whether or not we are involved.

If you want to discuss how we can help you - whatever stage you have reached -  please book a free telephone conference here.
