A commercially oriented, practically minded business consultant, interim director, trainer and executive coach who specialises in helping leadership teams think differently, develop business capabilities and inspire others through their copability (business mental toughness). 

Lee has over 20 years experience improving the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses; accomplished in developing and executing business improvement and business development strategies

Experience includes implementing Lean, Agile, Six Sigma and CRM strategies. Lee developed the "CRM Capability Model" to enable firms to evaluate and develop plans to introduce CRM-driven initiatives and used as a framework to help clients explore and communicate the essential components of their CRM initiatives. Key components of his work here include:
  • Workshops to help lawyers understand what clients value and how to add more value to their legal services.
  • Developing client-centred CRM strategies

Lee also leads our "Think Differently" masterclass series to provide business leaders and their management teams with a simple but very effective method of understanding what they actually do for their customers and what it feels like being a customer in order to improve, develop and evolve their business. The programme focuses on developing mindsets to move the business forwards.
