The standard package gives you up to 10 hours of pragmatic management and business support each month on a 6-month subscription. That would enable us to work with you as an advisor, non-exec, sounding board, catalyst, or however will best help you to shape, manage and develop your practice over the next year or so. There are other options depending on what would work best for you.


You will get independent, objective and experienced insight on strategy and implementation of initiatives related to business strategy, digital marketing, new technologies, sales and traditional marketing, alongside pro-active management of client relationships, moving to digital, use of AI (Automated Intelligence), management reporting, data security, improving processes and more.


We will inform and challenge you and your colleagues objectively, helping you to innovate and to make the right calls on difficult decisions more easily and faster and with confidence.

Now that we are all comfortable working remotely, the service involves you working together with Allan Carton online using Teams, Zoom and a variety of other online tools like Miro map out and develop new ideas together, working one-to-one with a flexibility that works best for you. Not webinars or networks, but focused entirely on giving you whatever insights, challenges and support you want. We know now that we can communicate effectively this way, to give better value. 

 

  • First, we get to know you, your business and your market, starting with completion of an online questionnaire to capture key information efficiently.


  • On average you have two and a half hours each week to tap into our objective, informed insight, market knowledge and experience to help you shape and implement plans from here.


  • This will include a series of video meetings throughout each month – whatever works best for you but likely to begin with one structured video meeting each week or in alternate weeks.


  • Follow up actions, research and other input on your plans


  • We will set and research the agenda and/or pertinent briefings for each meeting.


  • Additional input as agreed, dependent on your plans.
