Workshop: How to engage employees to improve performance
Event Date: Please enquire
Venue: In House Workshop for your management team
"Through engagement and measurement, good performance management practices can be designed and implemented in a matter of weeks as part of the management process."
 Rita Maguire, Inpractice HR

Our half-day "Performance Improvement" workshop is a cost-effective, low-risk way to help you identify where and how to improve performance to improve your bottom line now and in the longer term. The consultancy style workshop is run with your key management team players to look at your business strategy, key challenges and how responsibility and accountability can be cascaded through the organisation to maximise short term improvements and longer term performance.

We can help you engage and empower your people to support the business in critical business areas where you believe change is necessary in the short, medium and long term?  Get them involved and help them to do their best in areas where you probably need to be doing more now.  In addition to earning fees, this relates to their role in business development, retaining and developing clients, generating new business, improving efficiency, cutting costs and in managing working capital. Personal coaching  may be one of the  options to explore for some.

This approach gets your team together with experienced consultants who can provide objective, experienced input to focus business on people actions that will add immediate value.  Just the kind of catalyst that can help galvanise teams for action, with a common purpose to get new initiatives off the ground quickly. We review your strategy, the plan, current risks and opportunities and provide you with suggestions on short term and medium term remedial opportunities.

The workshop, costing just £650 plus expenses and VAT will be challenging in itself. A report with proposals for action from there will be provided, following up on all the initiatives discussed.
