Topics: In an open forum, we aim to explore key initiatives you could adopt to improve the smooth running, work environment and performance of your practice ... but you choose the topics. Please take part in the discussions and polls in the Chamber's "Operations Management SIG" to help set the agenda.
Timing: 4 pm to 7 pm followed by a buffet and drinks
