Affordable Management Masterclasses for law firms, Manchester & NW

To enable you to develop the new management skills needed to implement new business strategies, we are running a series of 6 x 1 day masterclasses over 6 months, which you may be able to attend for as little as £750 plus vat in total per person.
 
Objectives:  To help partners and senior managers in legal practices get to grips with the challenges presented by the introduction of the Legal Services Act, which will involve radical change in the way that lawyers work, run their business and deliver their services.

Cost:  If you qualify for funding available under the government’s Leadership & Management Advisory Service, the net cost per person attending for all 6 sessions will be just £750 plus vat.

The Initiative: Inpractice UK is launching an opportunity for partners involved in management with their firms to take part in an affordable 6 month masterclass programme during which they will learn how to adopt new ways of running and developing a more competitive legal business.

6 Masterclass Topics in 6 days.  Practically-focused training and development delivered by experienced consultants over a period of 6 months.
  1. Developing a new Businesss Strategy to capitalise on opportunities
  2. Understanding clients and managing their experience
  3. Improving Performance through People
  4. Succession, Mergers, Acquisitions, exit routes
  5. Effective Marketing
  6. Quality, systems, process and technology

Format:

  1. Small groups; interactive, with specialist presenters and facilitators
  2. Masterclass on a key topic every month led by a specialist Inpractice UK consultant
  3. Maximum of 12 participants per session
  4. 3-hour masterclass each led by two of our specialists
  5. Followed by discussions and a practically focused workshop on the topics discussed.
The total cost per person is £1,750 plus vat. You may be eligible for funding of up to £1,000 plus vat per person under the Leadership and Management Advisory Service programme provided that a) you employ between 5 and 249 people AND b) you have not already used this funding under the Leadership & Management programme in other ways.
