Lee is an entrepreneurial business consultant with over 16 years experience improving the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses.  An accomplished practitioner in the development and execution of business improvement and business development strategies, Lee utilises his knowledge and experience of Lean, Six Sigma, CRM and Client-centricity to provide bottom line improvements.  He is responsible for developing the "CRM Capability Model"to enable firms to evaluate and develop plans to introduce CRM-driven initiatives and as a framework to help clients explore and communicate the essential components of their CRM initiatives. 
 
His prominent clients include Lloyds TSB Insurance, HBOS, Barclays, AXA, Home Delivery Network, KPMG and American Express.   He is a visiting lecturer at Normandy Business School, France, where he teaches on their MSc in Value Chain and Logistics Management, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors.

In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and football, watching rugby league and walking in the Lake District where he lives with his wife Zoe and daughter Nyah.
