A Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in senior financial roles in commerce and within legal practices.  Commercially minded, results focussed and able to influence at all levels of an organisation, Jon has a proven record of strategic, financial and people leadership.

 

Trained and qualified with Deloitte, Jon worked in Nottingham, London, Bermuda and Manchester before graduating to finance roles in the manufacturing sector; then 13 years in senior management positions at top 100 law firms, including nine years as finance director at Pannone LLP.

 

Jon's experience includes M&A preparation and due diligence work, turnaround support for ailing businesses, management information reviews, profitability analysis, cash and working capital management, reports to banks and lending institutions, procedural and system enhancements and reviews of profit retention strategies
