With over 15 years experience working for some of the UK's leading law firms, Darren specialises in getting lawyers engaged on strategic client relationship and key account management initiatives to enable lawyers to deliver better value to clients, enabling lawyers to find new ways of delivering more of what clients are willing to pay for.

Experience in practice and recent projects include design of bespoke CRM strategies for legal practices involving independent reviews that have produced very good results from both clients and introducers of business. All focus on identifying and developing new sales opportunities as well as ensuring that client retention is paramount. We also link client feedback into our associated fee earner appraisal systems to support development of new skills.

Darren has substantial experience in pitch and tender management including putting together bids and tender responses and presentations. Being in regular contact with commercial clients ensures that he is ideally placed to give you a competitive advantage in presenting your services.

Living in York with wife Annabel, Darren enjoys cooking, wine, walking and collecting first edition books.
