Damian has a successful track record in developing and implementing creative and effective IT solutions in law firms since 1995. Experience includes critical roles with three of the UK's largest law firms, with operations worldwide; as IT Director at Eversheds and Addleshaw Goddard. Also as an external consultant with DLA Piper UK LLP and a variety of other clients and projects.

DLA Piper UK LLP - successfully implemented the largest Thomson Elite solution worldwide, including a large number of internal and international financial mergers over a four year period;
Eversheds - project directed implementation of their Thomson Elite practice management system throughout the UK and Europe; at that time, the largest legal IT project in the world, setting up the firm's first national IT department in the process;
Addleshaw Goddard - project directed one of the most successful IT mergers between law firms in recent years and helped drive technology forward throughout a five year period during which they were the second fastest growing law firm in the UK Top 20, with the most improved profitability;
Linklaters - principal consultant for a ground-breaking pilot of Blackberrry-based video delivery of internal news and training programmes;
During his time at Addleshaw Goddard, Damian was co-creator of the world's first subscription-based online legal TV service which was overall winner of the 2006 Financial Times Most Innovative Law Firms award with Addleshaw Goddard also placed 4th for IT-supported innovation which featured podcasts, syndication and video streaming.

Damian has been a regular speaker at industry IT events across the UK and Europe for the past 10 years, talking on topics as diverse as online technologies, law firm mergers, IT strategy and financial systems.
